After the big success of the season, 1st Poker Tour (TPT) Tranchant is for the season 2. This new series of tournaments begins this month of January with qualifying satellites (step 1-85 €) for sponsored tournaments (step 2-250 €). The last step, the final of the TPT is will from 26 to 28 June in Basel Switzerland with a prizepool planned to 256 000 Swiss francs (more than 170.000 €).
Satellites qualifying

Main tournament of the Tranchant Poker Tour
The final of Tranchant Poker Tour will take place on 26, 27 and 28 June 2009 in the Grand Casino of Basel Switzerland. The buy-in to participate at 1280 + 160 CHF Swiss francs (approximately 870 € + 108 €).
The prizepool will reach 256 000 CHF (approximately 174 000 €) on the basis of 200 participants. The places for the WPT EFA and WSOP will be also to win.
